All prices quoted are in Australian dollars, include GST and booking fee.
If you purchase an item under the merchandise category and the item is faulty or has a defect, please return it to Broncos Club with a copy of your order within seven (7) days and we will send a replacement item to the same address at no charge.
Please ensure you are 100% certain of your booking before purchasing special event, showstopper, and special package tickets as no refunds will be issued.
If you have purchased a ticket/s for a special event, showstopper, or special package it will be available for collection from the reception at Broncos Club, Fulcher Road, Red Hill Queensland 4059.
You may request to have your ticket/s sent out via Australia Post. Please contact reception on (07) 3858 9000 to arrange.
Customers that purchase a product from the merchandise category will be contacted by Broncos Club to arrange delivery. Options will be given for the customer to collect the item from Broncos Club reception, sent by Australia Post or via Courier. Merchandise will be processed and distributed within seven (7) days. Broncos Club cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies that occur during transit.
